Time Booking Task Details - Project

As per the week chosen in the L2 screen, the dates are displayed in each tile. The same set of screens are displayed here as in the L2 screen.

The status of the record is indicated with different colored dots:

Note: If there is no record for the day then it will be blank.

Status - The status of the day's record is displayed in appropriate color.

The following details are displayed in the header:

Standard Hours

The standard hours per day for the employee for that day. 

Units

The total number of units entered for that day across all projects for the selected employee.

Note: In case units are not entered for a particular day then it is shown as "00.00".

Time-Off

The total hours booked as time off for that day across all projects for the selected employee. In case time-off hours are not entered for a particular day then it is displayed as ‘00.00’.

Booked Hours

The total hours booked for that day across all projects for the selected employee. In case booked hours are not entered for a particular day then it is displayed as ‘00.00’.

Booked in Others

The sum total of the hours booked across all projects for the selected day to which that employee is mapped to but the login user is not the supervisor.

Note: In case hours are not entered for a particular day then it is shown as "00.00".

Difference

The difference between Standard hours and Booked hours for that day across all projects.

Difference = (Booked hours + time-off + Booked in Others) - Standard hours.

Note:

  • If this figure is positive then it is shown in green color. If it is negative, it is shown in red color. If there is no difference then it is shown as "00.00" in black color.

  • The time off is considered in difference calculation depending on parameter settings

The following details are displayed in the multiline:

Project

Projects for which that employee has booked the time. Entries routed to the login Supervisor is shown

Activity – Task

The Activity and Task against which the entry has been booked is displayed.

Billable – Site

The billability and site against which the entry has been booked is displayed. .

Role – Location

The role and location against which the entry has been booked is displayed.

Hours – Units

The hours/units booked by the employee against the relevant entry is shown.

Note: Role, Location, Site and Units column appears when SRP PS applicable parameter is set as Yes

Approve Time

The following details are displayed in the header:

Hours Booked so far

Displays hours booked on the date. Refreshes when authorizer edits the hours.

Date

The date that is highlighted in carousel is displayed here.

The following details are displayed:

Project

Projects for which that employee has booked the time.

Activity

The activity against which the booking has been done is displayed.

Task

The task against which the booking has been done is displayed.

Role

The role against which the booking has been done is displayed. This control is visible only when SRP PS applicable parameter is set as Yes.

Location

The Location against which the booking has been done is displayed. This control is visible only when SRP PS applicable parameter is set as Yes.

Site

The Site against which the booking has been done is displayed. This control is visible only when SRP PS applicable parameter is set as Yes.

Billable

The option chosen by the employee is displayed for the authorizer to edit. The authorizer can change the same.

Hours

The hours booked by the employee against the relevant entry is shown. The same can be edited by the authorizer

Units

The unit booked by the employee against the relevant entry is shown. The same can be edited by the authorizer. This control is visible only when SRP PS applicable parameter is set as Yes.

Remarks

Remarks entered by the employee against the relevant entry is shown.

Note:

Reason for Rejection

Enter the reason for rejecting the time entry.

Note: To reject all the records, reason for rejection is mandatory.
