Select “View Process Parameters” from left pane.
The “View Process Parameters” page appears.
Specify the following details.

Employee Induction Parameter Unit |
The organization unit in which the employee induction parameter component is deployed. Tell me more |

Component |
The description of the component for which you want to view the process parameters values. The system lists in the drop-down list box, all the employee induction components for which process parameter values have been set. From the drop-down list box, select the required component. |

Parameter |
The parameter for which you want to view the set values. For example, if the component selected is “Competency”, the system lists in this drop-down list box, all the predefined process parameters for which values have been set viz., if the competencies should be defined at the element level or otherwise, the maximum value that can be set to the competencies etc. |
You can view the Value for the corresponding Employment Induction Parameter Unit – Component – Parameter combination

Value |
The value assigned to the selected parameter. For example, if the component and parameter selected are “Competency” and “Maximum Competency Level” respectively, the system displays the maximum value assigned to the competencies i.e., 100, 120, 150 etc. |

Comments |
The comments entered with regard to the specified details. |
Select the “View Applicable Org. Units” hyperlink to view the descriptions of the organization units to which the specified process parameters would be applicable.
Select the “View Parameters Settings” hyperlink to view the complete list of process parameters.
