The following details are displayed at the top of the page.

Employee Induction Parameter Unit |
The employee induction organization unit selected in the “Set Process Parameters” page. |
The system displays in the multiline in the page the component wise process parameter values.

Component |
The description of the component for which process parameters have been set. |
|
Parameter |
The parameter pertaining to the corresponding component. For example, if the component is “Competency”, the system displays the set parameter, for example, “Maximum Competency Level” or “Competency Definition at Element Level” etc. |

Value |
The value assigned to the corresponding process parameter. For example, if the parameter is “Maximum Competency Level”, the system displays the assigned value i.e., 100, 120, 150 etc. In the same way if the parameter is “Competency Definition at Element Level”, the system displays the value assigned i.e., “Yes” or “No” to indicate if competencies should be defined at the element level or otherwise. |
