Ensure that you are in the “Select User for Viewing Permissions” page.
Enter the complete name of the user in the “User Name” field.
Select the “View User Permissions” hyperlink beside. The system displays the “View User Permissions” page which you can use to view permissions.
Use the “Search Criteria” option to specify search parameters for the user name. The system displays the records that match the search criteria specified to the multiline in the page.
Select the hyperlink in the “User Name” column of the required record in the multiline. The system displays the “View User Permissions” page.
The system displays the following detail at the top of the page.
User Name |
The name of the user for whom you want to set permissions. |
Security Definitions Unit
|
The description of the security definitions unit for which access permissions have been set for the selected user. |
Access |
Indicates if the user has access permissions for the corresponding security definitions component or otherwise. “Yes” indicates permissions are set, “No” indicates otherwise. |
Comments |
Any additional comments specified pertaining to the permissions set. |
Select the book icon beside the comments field.
The system displays a dialog box in which you can view the comments.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to close the dialog box.
