To select through search criteria 

User Name

The name of the user for whom the permission have been set.

Role

The role of the user for which permissions are set. From the drop-down list box, select the required option.

Org. Unit

The description of the organization unit for which service provider permissions for the specified user-role combination are set. From the drop-down list box, select the required org. unit description. By default, the drop-down list box displays with “Select”.

Component Name

The description of the component applicable to the specified user-role-org. unit combination, for example, Competency, Employee Movements etc.

Org. Unit

The description of the organization unit in which the component is deployed.

Access

Indicates if access permissions are set for the corresponding component – org. Unit combination for the selected user. “Yes” indicates permissions are set, “No” indicates otherwise.

Comments

Any additional comments you want to specify pertaining to the permissions set.
