Setting permissions

To select through direct entry

Enter the complete name of the user in the “User Name” field.
Select the “Set Service Provider Permissions” hyperlink beside. The system displays the “Set Permissions” page which you can use to set permissions.

To select through search criteria

Use the “Search Criteria” option to specify search parameters for the user name. The system displays the records that match the search criteria specified to the multiline in the page.
Select the hyperlink in the “User Name” column of the required record in the multiline. The system displays the “Set Permissions” page.
The system displays the following detail at the top of the page.

User Name

The name of the user for whom you want to set permissions.

Security Definitions Unit	The description of the security definitions unit for which you want to give access permissions for the selected user.
Access	Select “Yes” or “No” to accordingly indicate if you wan to set access permissions for the selected user for the corresponding security definitions component.
Comments	Any additional comments you want to specify pertaining to the permissions set.

To enter comments

Select the book icon beside the comments field.
The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter the comments.
Enter your comments in the dialog box.
Select the “Ok” pushbutton to save the comments and close the dialog box.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to close the dialog box without saving the details.
Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page to save the details.
