4       Select “Edit Funds Enrollment Declaration” from the left pane.

4       The “Edit Funds Enrollment Declaration” page appears.

4       The system displays the following detail at the top right of the page.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Singapore Statutory Setup Unit

The description of the organization unit in which the ‘Singapore Statutory Setup Unit’ component is deployed. From the drop down list box, select the required value.

Fund Type

The description of the fund in which the employee should be enrolled. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

To select employee to enroll in a fund type

4       Use the search facility in the page to specify search parameters for the employee details and select the required employee.

4       Specify the following search parameters.

Employment Unit

The description of the employment unit to which the employee belongs. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee. To view all employee codes containing specific characters, specify the starting character or character of the code.

Employee Name

The name of the employee. To view all employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names.

4       Select the “Search” pushbutton beside.

4       The system lists in the “Search Results” multiline, the employee records that match the combination of search criteria specified.

4       You can view the employee details and use the “Enroll” column in the multiline to enroll the employee in the specified fund type.

Employment Unit

The description of the employment unit to which the employee belongs.

Employee Code

The code of the employee. Help available.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Enroll

Indicate if the employee should be enrolled in the specified fund type or otherwise.

  • Select “Yes” from the drop-down list box to enroll the employee in the fund type.

  • Select “No” to indicate otherwise.

Comments

Any additional comments you want to enter pertaining to the details.

To enter comments

4       Select the “Book’ icon beside the comments field.

4       The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter the comments.

4       Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the comments and close the dialog box.

4       Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to cancel the dialog box without saving the details.

To save the record

4       Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
