4      Select “Maintain Employee Apartment Details” from the left pane.

4      The “Maintain Employee Apartment Details” page appears.

4      The system displays the following detail at the top right of the page.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

4      Specify the following details.

The description of the organization unit in which the ‘Singapore Statutory Setup Unit’ component is deployed.

Year

The year from which the apartment has been rented. From the drop-down list box, select the year.

Currency

The description of the currency in which the rent for the apartment is paid.

To edit an existing employee apartment details record

4      Use the “Search Criteria” fields to specify search parameters for the employee/apartment details and select the required record to edit. For a new record, you can enter the apartment details of the employee directly in the “Employee Apartment Details” multiline below the search criteria fields.

Employment Unit

The description of the employment unit to which the employee belongs. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee. To view all employee codes containing specific characters, specify the starting character or character of the code.

Employee Name

The name of the employee for whom apartment details are to be maintained. To view all employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names.

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee. To view all position titles containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these position titles.

Department Description

The description of the department to which the employee belongs. To view all department descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these department descriptions.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee. To view all job titles containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these job titles.

Apartment Code

The unique code of the apartment rented to the employee. To view all apartment codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these apartment codes.

Apartment Name

The name of the apartment rented to the employee. To view all apartment names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these apartment names.

4      Select the “Search” pushbutton. The system lists in the “Employee Apartment Details” multiline the employee apartment details records that match the combination of search criteria specified.

4      You can make the necessary changes in the required record.

To record employee apartment details for the first time

4      Use the “Employee Apartment Details” multiline to record the following details.

Employment Unit

 The description of the employment unit to which the employee belongs.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee. Help available

Employee Name

The name of the employee. The system displays the name based on the selected employee code.

Apartment Code

The unique code of the apartment rented to the employee. Help available

Apartment Name

The name of the apartment. The system displays the value based on the selected apartment code.

From Date of Occupation

The date from which the apartment has been rented to the employee.

To Date of Occupation

 The date till which the apartment has been rented to the employee.

Rent Paid/Month

The amount paid per month by the employee as rent for the apartment.

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee. The system displays the value based on the specified employee code.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs. The system displays the value based on the specified employee code.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee. The system displays the value based on the specified employee code.

Comments

Any additional comments you want to enter with regard to the employee apartment details.

To enter comments

4      Select the “Book’ icon beside the comments field.

4      The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter the comments.

4      Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the comments and close the dialog box.

4      Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to cancel the dialog box without saving the details.

To save the record

4      Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
