4      Select “Maintain Apartment” from the left pane.

4      The “Select Apartment to Edit” page appears.

4      Select the “Create Apartment” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.

4      The “Create Apartment” page appears.

4      The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

Singapore Statutory Setup Unit

The description of the organization unit in which the ‘Singapore Statutory Setup Unit’ component is deployed.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

4      Specify the following details.

Apartment Code

A unique code to identify the apartment.

Apartment Short Description

A short description of the apartment.

Apartment Name

A name to identify the apartment.

Inactive

Indicate if the apartment details should be in active or inactive status. If the details are in active status, the details can be used in other activities. Inactive status indicates otherwise.

  • To indicate that the details are in active status, leave the ‘Inactive’ check box blank.

  • To inactivate the details, select the ‘Inactive’ check box.

Rental Per Month

The amount paid by the employer as monthly rent for the apartment.

Currency

The description of the currency in which the rent is paid.

From Date

The date from which the apartment has been rented.

Address

The complete address of the apartment.

Postal Code

The postal area code applicable to the address.

Phone 1

The contact telephone number at the address specified.

Fax 1

The fax number at the address specified.

Phone 2

The contact number of the second telephone.

Fax 2

The number of the second fax.

Phone 3

The contact number of the third telephone at the address specified.

E – Mail

The email address of the apartment.

Website

The website of the apartment.

Contact Person

The name of the contact person at the address specified.

4      Use the “Item Details” multiline to record the details of various items the apartment is furnished with.

Apartment Item

The description of the item. From the drop-down list box, select the required description, for example, Refrigerator, Television etc. The items will be defined as quick codes in the HR General Information component.

No. of Units

The number of units of the item.

Remarks

The remarks pertaining to the item.

Comments

Any additional comments you want to enter pertaining to the details.

To enter comments

4      Select the book icon beside the comments field.

4      A dialog box appears in which you can enter the comments.

4      Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and close the dialog box.

4      Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to cancel the dialog box.

To save the details

4      Select the “Save” pushbutton at the bottom of the page.
