Selecting the Record: To the select the required employee apartment details record to view, you can use the search facility in the page to specify search parameters for the employee and apartment details. The system fetches the records of employees that match the combination of search criteria specified. You can view the details of the required record.

The employee apartment details you can view comprise:

• The description of the employment unit to which the employee belongs.

• The employee code and name of the employee.

• The code and name of the apartment.

• The date from and till which the employee rented the apartment.

• The amount paid as rent to the apartment and the description of the currency in which it was paid.

• The position, department and job title of the employee to whom the apartment has been rented.
