Through this activity, you can edit the details pertaining to the national service rendered by the employee. During the period of employment if the employee renders national service, the Ministry of Defense will pay the salary of the employee. The details of national services will be maintained for the employee.

You can edit the following national service details:

• The NS Status value. The NS Status indicates if the employee has completed the services, is under the services etc.

• The NS Type value. The NS type indicates if the employee served in the army, navy, air force, fire brigade, police etc.

• The NS Rank held by the employee. The rank indicates if the employee served as Captain, Colonel, Constable, Inspector etc.

• The description of the vocation.

• The date on which the employee enlisted for national service.

• The Operational Readiness Date which indicates the exact date on which the employee was ready for operational service.

• The national service performance level achieved by the employee. This value indicates if the employee’s performance in the national service has been good, average, outstanding etc.

• The national service conduct which indicates if the employee’s conduct has been average, below average, good, outstanding etc.

• The Service Period (Days) which indicates the number of days in which the employee served in national service.

• The date till which the employee served in national service.
