Select the icon corresponding to the Plan Number field.
The “Help on Plan No.” page appears.
The system displays the following
Succession Planning Unit |
The organization unit in which the Succession Planning Setup component is deployed. |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To select through Search Criteria
In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Date From |
To view all the succession plan records created within a specific period, enter the start date. |

Date To |
To view all the succession plan records created within a specific period, enter the end date. |

Plan No. |
To view a particular succession plan, enter the unique plan number that identifies the succession plan. | |
Plan Status |
To view the records of a particular plan status, select any one of the following plan status from the drop down list.

The system displays the following in the multiline
Plan No. |
The unique plan number to identify the succession plan. |
Plan Date |
The date on which the succession plan was created. |
Plan Status |
The plan status of the succession plan |
