Recording additional equity actuals
Select the “Record Additional Equity Actuals” link in the “Employment Equity Actuals” page.
The “Record Additional Equity Actuals” page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more. |
Statutory Setup Unit |
The organization unit of the employer. Tell me more. |
Employment Equity Plan Code |
The code identifying the employment equity plan. |
Employment Equity Plan Description |
The description of the employment equity plan. |
Plan From Date |
The starting date of the employment equity plan. |
Plan To Date |
The ending date of the employment equity plan. |
Employment Equity Actuals Code |
The code identifying the employment equity actuals. |
Employment Equity Actuals Description |
The description of the employment equity actuals. |
Actuals From Date |
The starting date for the employment equity actuals. |
Actuals To date |
The ending date for the employment equity actuals. |
Specify the progress details for the actuals
Enter the following in the “Progress Report” group box:
Achieved Numerical Goals |
From the drop-down list box, select “Yes” to indicate that the numerical goals that have been achieved, else select “No”. |
Achieved Affirmative Action Objectives |
From the drop-down list box, select “Yes” to indicate that affirmative action objectives have been positively achieved, else select “No”. |
If not, obstacles experienced |
The obstacles that were encountered, if the goals were not achieved. |
If yes, factors contributing to accomplishment |
The factors that contributed to successful accomplishment of the goals, if the goals were well achieved as per the target. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
