Select “View Employee Eligibility” from the left pane.
The “Select Employee to View” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following fields
Reimbursement Setup Unit |
Choose the organization unit for which you need to view employee eligibility |
Employment Unit |
The organization unit where the eligibility information of an employee is viewed. |
Reimbursement Calendar |
To view the eligibility of all employees under a specific reimbursement calendar, enter the code of the reimbursement calendar |
Reimbursement Group |
To view the eligibility of all employees mapped to a reimbursement group, enter the code of the reimbursement group. |
Reimbursement Item |
To view the eligibility of all employees mapped to a reimbursement item, enter the code of the reimbursement item. |
Enter the following search criteria values, in one or both of the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employee codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, E1*, will search for those employee codes that start with E1. Other examples are *E1, E*1 and E1*. |
Employee Name |
To view all employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employee name. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, S*, will search for those Item short descriptions that start with S. Other examples are *s, S*n, and *s* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value
is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified
values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected reimbursement setup unit.

Employment Unit |
The organization unit where the employment information of an employee is recorded. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of each employee satisfying the search criteria |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee |
