Just as you process the eligibility for a batch of employees, you can process the eligibility for specific employees only. Multiple employees can be specified. Unlike during batch processing of employees, you can abort or reset the processing online, from the “Individual Employee Eligibility Processing’” page.
Select “Individual Employee Eligibility Processing” link from the “Employee Eligibility Processing” page.
The “Individual Employee Eligibility Processing’” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

The date format applicable to the login user. |
Reimbursement Set Up Unit |
The reimbursement setup unit displayed in the previous page |
To process the eligibility of the employee under a specific reimbursement calendar, select the code of the reimbursement calendar from the “Reimbursement Calendar” drop-down list box
To process the eligibility of the employee mapped to reimbursement groups, select “Group” in the “Option” field.
Alternatively, to process the eligibility of the employee mapped to reimbursement items, select “Item” in the “Option” field
Enter the code of the employee whose eligibility needs to be processed individually, in the “Employee Code” field in the “Request Details” multiline. Multiple employees can be entered.
The Employment Unit and Employment Name are displayed in the same multiline.
The system displays the status of the process in the “Process Status” field. The status can be one of the following: “Processed“, “Not Processed“, “In-Progress“, “Aborted”, “Reset“, “Unauthorized” or “Authorized”.
Select the “Process” pushbutton to process the eligibility of the employee.
Select the “Abort” pushbutton to abort processing the eligibility of the employee.
Select the “Reset” pushbutton to reset the entries in the “Individual Employee Eligibility Processing” screen.
