Select “Edit Reimbursement Calendar” from the left pane.
The “Select Reimbursement Calendar " page appears.
The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Reimbursement Setup Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must edit a reimbursement calendar. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. This refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the reimbursement calendar record |
Select the reimbursement calendar, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the calendar.
Enter the code of the calendar whose details must be viewed, in the “Calendar Code” field.
Select the “Edit Reimbursement Calendar” hyperlink.
The “Edit Reimbursement Calendar” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed. They can be edited and saved, or deleted.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the Calendar code or Calendar short description. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the Calendar code or Calendar short description contains.
Enter the following search criteria values, in one or more of the following fields.
Calendar Code |
To view the Calendar codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the Calendar codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, c1*, will search for those Calendar codes that start with c1. Other examples are *c1, c*1 and c1* |
Calendar Short Description |
To view all Calendar short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character/s of the Calendar short description. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, c*, will search for those Calendar short descriptions that start with c. Other examples are *c, c*n, and *c* |
Effective From |
The start date of the Reimbursement Calendar |
Effective To |
The end date of the Reimbursement Calendar |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected reimbursement setup unit.
The multiline displays all the records that satisfy your search criteria. The fields in each record are as follows:
Calendar Code |
The code that identifies the reimbursement calendar. |
Calendar Description |
The short description of the calendar. |
Effective From |
The start date of the reimbursement calendar |
Effective To |
The end date of the reimbursement calendar |
Status |
Indicates whether the calendar is open or closed |
Check the “Select” box of the reimbursement calendar record in the multiline, to edit the details of this calendar
