Ensure that you are in the “Authorize Employee Eligibility” page and the details of a record are displayed
In the multiline, select an employment unit-reimbursement item/group combination by checking the “Select” box in the multiline row
Select the “Authorize Individual Employee Eligibility” link at the bottom of the page
The “Authorize Individual Employee Eligibility” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Reimbursement Set Up Unit |
The reimbursement setup unit displayed in the previous page |
Enter the following, for the employees whose eligibility must be authorized
Reimbursement Calendar |
To authorize the eligibility of the employees under a specific reimbursement calendar, select the reimbursement calendar from the drop-down list box. |
Option |
To authorize the eligibility of employees to whom reimbursement groups are applicable, select “Group” from the drop-down list box. |

Alternatively, to authorize the eligibility of employees to whom independent reimbursement items are applicable, select “Item” from the drop-down list box. |
Note: Employees mapped to reimbursement groups refers to employees mapped to all the items under the reimbursement group
Enter the following, in the “Processing Details” multiline
Employee Code |
The code of each employee whose eligibility needs to be authorized individually |
Remarks |
Any remark pertaining to the authorization of eligibility for the employee |
Press <Enter> in the “Employee Code” field. The system displays the following details of each employee you entered
Employment Unit |
The organization unit of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of each employee whose code you entered |
Process Status |
The process status of the eligibility process, of the employee. One of the following seven values are displayed: “Processed“, “Not Processed“, “In-Progress“, “Aborted”, “Reset“, “Unauthorized” or “Authorized”. |

§ “Processed” indicates that eligibility process has been performed for the employee records. |
|
§ “Not Processed,” indicates that eligibility process has not been performed for the employee records. |
|
§ “In Progress” indicates that the eligibility process has been initiated but not completed. |
|
§ ”Abort,” indicates that eligibility process has been initiated, then cancelled. |
|
§ Reset” indicates that eligibility process had been aborted, then reinitiated, through the ”Set Process Status” activity. |
|
§ Authorized,” indicates that the eligibility process has been performed for the employee records and been approved as well. |
|
§ “Unauthorized” indicates that the authorized status has been revoked, because the employee records require modifications |
Select the “Authorize” pushbutton to authorize the eligibility of the employee.
