Select “Edit Employee Dependent Enrolment” from the left pane.
The “Enroll Dependants " page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The employee code and name of the login employee |
No. of Dependents |
The total number of dependents of the employee. These will be family members of the employee, all of whom are defined already in the “Employee Personal Information” component. |
Maximum Dependents Allowed |
The permissible number of dependents for an employee, for this reimbursement item. |
Enter the following field
Reimbursement Item |
The short description of the reimbursement item for which the dependents of eligible employees are to be enrolled |
The multiline displays the details of all the family members of the employee who were predefined in the “Record Information on Family Members” activity. Given below are the details displayed
Family Member Code |
The code defined in the “Record Information on Family Members” activity, to identify each family member |
Name |
The name of the family member |
Relationship |
The relationship of the family member to the employee |
Date of Birth |
The date of birth of the family member |
Enter the following in the multiline, for each family member
Enroll |
Indicate whether the family must be enrolled as a dependent, in order to avail claims for the reimbursement item. Select “Yes” t o enroll. |
Effective From |
The date from which enrolment of the family member will be effective |
To select each family member for enrolment, check the Select box contained in the multiline record of the family member
Enter any comment pertaining to the “Edit Employee Dependent Enrolment” activity, in the Comments field.
