Search Positions
The search positions page allows candidates to search for open positions in the organization. There are specific search filters to help users search within the available job listings.
To search for positions,
Enter the following field details in the header:
Keywords |
Enter the keywords. Note: Keyword search is applied on the various attributes of open positions displayed in the page. |
Domain |
From the drop-down list box, select the domain. The combo is loaded with various options for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The ‘Domain’ combo is loaded with the distinct values from user defined quick code descriptions of Resource stream across all recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. |
Country |
From the drop-down list box, select the Country. The combo is loaded with various Countries for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The ‘Country’ combo is loaded with all the distinct countries with work locations and distinct countries having other locations defined as job locations in open RFH (with sourcing channel as Career Portal) across Recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. |
Location |
From the drop-down list box, select the required location. The combo is loaded with various locations for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: When the ‘Country’ combo value is “All”, the ‘Location’ combo gets loaded with all distinct work location short descriptions from work location master and distinct other locations defined as job locations in open RFH (with sourcing channel as Career Portal) across Recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. Otherwise the ‘Location’ combo should load with values pertaining to the Country selected. |
Click “Show Advanced Search” to view advanced search filters.
Enter the following field details:
Organization |
From the drop-down list box, select the organization. The combo is loaded with various organizations for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The combo is loaded with the names of all Recruitment OUs mapped to the Career Portal OU. |
Job Level |
From the drop-down list box, select the job level. The combo is loaded with various job levels for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The combo is loaded with all distinct job level descriptions pertaining to jobs in unit structure OUs corresponding to Recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. |
Experience |
Search based on total experience range (in years). |
Expected Level of Travel |
From the drop-down list box, select the expected travel percentage range. The combo is loaded with various percentage values for you to choose. The system displays “Not Applicable” by default. Note: The combo is loaded with the system defined quick code values. |
Work Nature |
From the drop-down list box, select the option for work nature. The combo is loaded with “Flexi Time” and “Full Time” values for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The combo is loaded with all the user defined quick code description pertaining to Work Nature from all Recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. |
Employment Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the desired employment type. The combo is loaded with “Permanent” and “Temporary” options for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The combo is loaded with all the user defined quick code descriptions pertaining to Resource Type from all the Recruitment OUs interacting with the Career Portal OU. |
Requisition Number |
Search based on RFH Number. |
Posted Date |
From the drop-down list box, select the option to view jobs based on date posted. The combo is loaded with various options for you to choose. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. Note: The values loaded in the combo are given in sample values column and they should be system defined quick codes. |
Click “Search” to search for the relevant details.
Click “Reset” to clear the details entered and you are allowed to reenter the details as per requirement.

The title of the open position. |
Domain |
The domain of the open position. |
Location |
The location of the job opening. |
Date Posted |
The date on which the job opening details were posted. |
Organization |
The name of the organization with the job opening. |
Click the Position hyperlink to navigate to the “Job Details” page.
