Selecting template for recording
Select the “Record Template” link under the “Appraisal Setup” business component.
The “Select Template” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date is displayed. Tell me more |
Enter the following fields:
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit. Mandatory. The system lists all the employment units for which the login user has rights to access. Tell me more |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal. The system may display the following options:

Appraisal Calendar |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year for which the appraisal is to be recorded. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Template Code |
The code identifying the template. |
Template Short Description |
The textual description of the template. |
Template Long Description |
The textual description of the template in detail. |
Inactive |
Use the drop-down list box to select “Yes” to retrieve all the inactive templates, else select “No”. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the details of the calendar
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:
Template Code |
The code identifying the template. |
Template Short Description |
The textual description of the template. |
Template Long Description |
The textual description of the template in detail. |
Inactive |
Indicates whether the template is active of inactive. The system displays any one of the following options:

Select the “Record Template” link provided at the bottom of the page, to record a new appraisal template.
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the hyperlinked “Template Short Description” field in the multiline, to edit or view the previously recorded template.
