Employees will be appraised based on a set of questions/objectives that are specific to his/her position in the company. In order to facilitate this, templates are defined for every position in the organization. Each template will have a specific set of questions/objectives mapped to it from the objective master. These questions are selected based on the employee’s role description and the key measurements that are applicable for his role.
This component allows you to record the details of the calendar for performing appraisal, based on the selected appraisal type, status of the appraisal and the calendar code. On completion of the appraisal for all the employees for the given year, the status of the appraisal calendar can be marked as closed, until then it can be maintained as “Open”. You can also record and modify the appraisal objectives for all the objective types. This component also enables you to define or edit a pre-defined template.
