The “View Feedback and Personal Goals” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed. Tell me more

Employment Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit. The system lists all the employment units for which the login user has rights to access. Tell me more

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal.

Calendar Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the calendar code. The system lists all the calendar years that are applicable to the appraisal.

Reviewer

Use the drop-down list box to select the reviewer conducting the appraisal.

The system displays the following fields

Date of Entry

The date on which the appraisal entry is made for the employee.

Employee Code

The code identifying the employee.

Assignment No.

The number identifying the assignment taken up by the employee.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Position Title

The position assigned to the employee.

Relationship

The relationship of the reviewer with respect to the employee.

Status

The status of the appraisal.

The system displays the following in the “Performance Improvement” multiline

Question

The question pertaining to the performance improvement of the employee.

Feedback

The feedbacks pertaining to the performance improvement of the employee, as recorded in the previous page.

The system displays the following in the “Habits” multiline

Habit

The habits mapped under the objective type, against which the employee is rated by the appraiser. 

Order

The order of the feedback given on the employee’s habit.

The system displays the following fields in the “Personal Goal Setting (Smart Objectives)” multiline.

Areas of Development

The area in which the employee has to improve, as selected in the previous page.

How To Develop?

The factor by which the employee has to improve.

By When?

The date by which the course has to be undertaken.

Support & Invest Requirement

The support and investment required to undergo the course.

Method Of Review / Remarks

The method of review and remarks pertaining to the employee.

The system displays the following.

Comments On Agreed Goals and Actions

The comments on agreed goals and actions pertaining to the employee

Employee Comments

The comments pertaining to the employee.

Reviewer Comments

The comments pertaining to the reviewer.

Recommended Pay Grid Movement

The factor by which the payment is recommended for undertaking the course.
