Defining employee bank details

Select the "Define Employee Bank " from the left pane.
The “Define Employee Bank Details ” page appears.
The system displays the following field.

To define employee bank details

Indicate the employee payroll data unit for which the employee bank details are to be defined, by selecting it from the “Employee Payroll Data Unit” drop-down list box.
Enter the following.

Bank Code	A unique code that identifies the bank.
Bank Description	A description to identify the bank.
Branch	The branch name of the bank.
Intermediary Bank	Check this box to specify the intermediary bank through which fund transfer is done to beneficiary account for employee salary transfer across countries.
Intermediary Bank Account No	The account number of the intermediary bank.
Address Line 1	The address of the bank
Intermediary Bank IBAN No	The international bank account number of the intermediary bank.
Address Line 2	The second address of the bank if any
Place/ Region	The place or region in which the bank is located.
Country	From the drop-down list box, select the country where the intermediary bank exists. Mandatory
Zip	The zip code of the place or region where the bank is located.
IFSC Code	The Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) code of the intermediary bank.
MICR Code	The MICR code of the intermediary bank.
SWIFT Code	The SWIFT code of the intermediary bank.
Check in Favor Of	The name in which the check for salary transfer is drawn
Applicable To	You can specify the organization mapping of an employee bank, by selecting one of the following three options from the drop-down list box: “All Org. Units”, “Login Org. Unit” or “Selective Org. Units”. If you select
	All Org. Units”, you indicate that the defined employee bank must be made available to all the organizational units.
	“Login Org. Unit”, you indicate that the employee bank must be made available to the login organizational unit of the login user.
	"Selective Org. Units”, you indicate that the employee bank must be made available only to specific organizational units. The actual mapping of the employee bank to the organizational units is carried out in a separate page called “Map Org. Units”.

After you complete details, select the “Save” pushbutton.

Note: Remember to save the details in the current page before opening the “Org. Unit(s) Mapping” page.
