Exit Payroll

From the drop-down list box, select the payroll that must be mapped to the regular payroll. It displays list of all the payrolls defined in the “Create Payroll” activity with “Payroll Type” as “Exit”. By default, the system displays with “Select” value and if there is only one value, it gets displayed.

Exit Payset

As you select the payroll, the system displays list of all the paysets mapped to the exit payroll. Select the payset for which exit payroll processing must be made.

Regular Payroll

Select the payroll to which the exit payroll - payset combination must be mapped. The drop-down list box lists all the payrolls defined in the “Create Payroll” activity with “Payroll Type” as “Regular”, and the payroll calendar to which the exit payroll belongs.

Note: If the mapping of the exit payroll and exit payset combination has been made earlier, the system displays the mapped regular payroll as its default value. You can modify the same.

Regular Payset

From the drop-down list box, select the payset, to which the exit payroll-payset must be mapped. It lists all the paysets mapped to the selected payroll. By default, the system displays with “Select” value.
