Mapping an appraisal template to organization unit

Select the “Template - Org Unit Mapping” link from the "Record Appraisal Template".
The “Template - Org Unit Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the header:

Appraisal Setup Unit |
The organization unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Template Code |
The unique code of the appraisal template selected in the previous page. |
|
Template Long Description |
The long description of the template. |
Enter the following details in the "Search Criteria" group box:

Employment Unit Code |
The organization unit that interacts with the Appraisal Setup Unit, to access appraisal template mapping information. |

Employment Unit Description |
The detailed description of the organization unit. |
Click the "Search" pushbutton to retrieve the employment details in the multiline.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Select the “Save” pushbutton.
