Identification Information for Family Members
This section deals with Employee Personal Information business component and its activity Record Information on Family Members.
Identification Details For Family Members – A summary of the activity
This activity is used to view the identification details of the employee’s family members. You can retrieve the details based on Identification Type and Identification For. You can view the details like Relationship, Document No, Name as in ID, Place of Issue, Issuing Authority, Date of Issue, Valid From, Valid To, View attached document and Remarks.
Identification Details For Family Members
ØSelect the “Identification Information for Family Members” link from the bottom of the “View Family Members Information” page.
The “Identification Details For Family Members” page appears.
The system displays the following details in the header.
Employee Code Setup Unit |
The organization unit in which employee code parameters are defined for the login organization unit. |
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
A unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee to View Family Members” page. |

The name of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee to View Family Members” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of the employee’s job. The type can be regular, hired on contract, consultant, etc. |
ØEnter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Identification Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the identification type to retrieve and view the details. |
Identification For |
From the drop-down list box, select the identification for to retrieve and view the details. |
ØClick the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve and display the details in “Identification Information” multiline.
ØEnter the following details in the “Identification Information” multiline:
Identification For |
The name of the family member for whom the identification details are recorded. |
Relationship |
The relationship of the family members to the employee. |
Identification Type |
The type of identification provided for the family member. |
Document No |
The unique number of the document specified as identification type. |
Name As in ID |
The name of the family member as in the identification document. |
Place of Issue |
The name of the place where the specified document has been issued. |
Issuing Authority |
The name of the authority who issued the document. |
Date Of Issue |
The date on which the document was issued. |
Valid From |
The date from which the document is valid. |
Valid To |
The date until which the document is valid. |
View Document |
The name of the attached reference document. |
Remarks |
The remarks pertaining to the identification details of the family members. |
ØEnter the following details:
File Id |
The name of the file to be attached. |

The path where the file is placed. Click the “Browse” button to locate the path. |
ØClick the “Upload” button to upload the file.
ØClick the “Delete File” button to delete the file.
