Observer Identification – Applicants/Employees
Select “Observer Identification – Applicants/Employees” under “Employee Personal Information” to navigate to the “Observer Identification – Applicant/Employees” page.
Enter the following details in the header:
Select the radio button next to “Employees” to view the details related to employee. You can search for employee details based on search criteria such as Employee Code, Employee Name, Date of Joining, Employee Type and so on.
Enter the following field details in the header:
Employment Unit |
The organization unit in which employee code parameters are defined for the login organization unit. |
Employee Code From/Employee Code To |
Enter the employee code From and To range in this field. Help facility available. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Date of Joining From |
Enter a value to indicate the probable date after which the employee joined. |
Date of Joining To |
Enter a value to indicate the probable date before which the employee joined. |
Employee Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the required employee type (The type of the employee’s job, for example, Regular, Contract, Trainee, Consultant, Volunteer and so on). The system lists the employee type values, applicable to the selected Employee Code Setup Unit, in the drop-down list box. The drop-down is defaulted with “Select” on launch of the page. |
Form Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the form status. The combo is loaded with the values “Not Filled”, “Completed” and “All” values for you to choose. |
Click “Search” pushbutton to search for employee’s personal identification details based on the entered search criteria.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are available for the selected employee code setup unit.
The system displays the following details in the “Employee List” multiline:
Form Status |
The form status is displayed in this field. Note:

Employee ID |
The id of the employee. |
Click the employee id hyperlink to navigate to the “Voluntary Self Identification” screen.
Name |
The name of the employee. |
Join Date |
The date of joining the organization. |
The email id of the employee. |

Gender |
The gender of the employee. The options “Male”, “Female” or ”I do not want to disclose” are populated based on selection. |
Ethnicity |
The employee’s ethnic identity. |
Race |
The race to which the employee belongs. |
Veteran Status |
The veteran status of the employee. |
Disability Status |
The disability status of the employee. |
Note: The entries in the “Gender”, “Ethnicity”, “Race”, “Veteran Status” and “Disability Status” are displayed based on selection from “Voluntary Self Identification” screen.
Select the radio button next to “Applicants” to view the applicant details. You can search for applicant details based on search criteria such as Applicant Name, Profile Channel, Sourcing Basis, Sourcing Channel and so on.

Recruitment Unit |
The organization unit in which applicants code parameters are defined for the login unit. |
Profile Resume ID |
Enter the profile resume id. Help facility available. |
Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant |
Profile Channel |
From the drop-down list box, select the required profile channel. The combo is loaded with various values for you to choose. The drop-down is defaulted with “Select” on launch of the page. |
Sourcing Basis |
From the drop-down list box, select the required sourcing basis. The combo is loaded with various values for you to choose. The drop-down is defaulted with “Select” on launch of the page. |
Sourcing Channel |
From the drop-down list box, select the required sourcing channel. The combo is loaded with various values for you to choose. The drop-down is defaulted with “Select” on launch of the page. |
Include Offer Standby Profiles |
From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No” options for you to choose. The drop-down is defaulted with “No” on launch of the page. |
Form Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the required form status. The combo is loaded with the options “Not Filled”, “Completed” and “All” values for you to choose. The drop-down is defaulted with “Not Filled” on launch of the page. |
Click “Search” pushbutton to search for applicant’s personal identification details based on the entered search criteria.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are available for the selected recruitment unit.

Name |
The name of the applicant |

If you would like to edit the details of any employee or applicant, click on the hyperlink in the grid against the particular “Employee ID” or “Profile ID”. You are allowed to edit or fill the details.
