Organization Structure Unit	The organization unit in which the organization structure component is deployed. Tell me more
Department Code	The unique code of the department.
Department Short Description	The description of the department.

To view the history of modifications

•  Use the ‘History Details’ fields to view the history of modifications made to the department-cost center mapping record.

The system displays the effective dates of the current record in the ‘Effective From’ and ‘Effective To’ fields. Use the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ pushbuttons to view the effective dates of the previous and next versions of the record respectively.

Effective From	The date from which the corresponding version of the record is in effect.
Effective To	The date till which the record is in effect.

•  Select the ‘Previous’ pushbutton to view the effective dates of the previous version of the record.

• Select the ‘Next’ pushbutton to view the effective dates of the next version of the record.

•  The system displays the cost centers mapped to the department in the corresponding columns of the multiline in the page.

Employment Unit Code	The unique code of the employment unit to which the department is mapped.
Employment Unit Description	The unique description of the corresponding employment unit.
Cost Center Code	The unique code of the cost center mapped to the corresponding employment unit-department combination.
Cost Center Description	The description of the corresponding cost center.
