Aborting and resetting the leave entitlement processing

Select the “View / Abort Leave Entitlement - Non - Calendar - Based” option from the left pane.
The “View / Abort Leave Entitlement - Non-Calendar-Based” page appears.
Enter the following
Leave Processing Unit |
From the “Leave Processing Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you require the leave entitlement processing to be aborted / reset. |
Session ID |
Enter the code of the session ID that was generated for the selected non-calendar based leave types, in the “Process Leave Entitlement-Non-Calendar-Based” page Help available. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following.
Leave Type |
The code of each non-calendar based leave type, which was selected in the “Process Leave Entitlement-Non-Calendar-Based” page |
Process Status |
Indicates the status of processing of entitlement for the leave type. It can be “Initiated”, “In-Progress”, “Processed”, “Abort” or “Reset”. You can select any leave type whose status is “Initiated” or “In-progress”. |
Select the “Abort” pushbutton to abort the leave entitlement processing, or the “Reset” pushbutton to reset an aborted processing.
The “Process Status” field is updated to “Abort” or “Reset”.
