Help on loans and advances application
Select the Help icon beside the “Application No” field.
The "Help on Loans and Advances Application” page appears. The system will display the following fields at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. Tell me more |
The system displays the following blank fields in the multiline: “Application No”, “Application Date”, “Employee Code”, “Employee Name”, “Loan Code”, “Loan Description”, “Loan Amount”, “Inactive”, “Status” and a check box.
Enter values in the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box.
Application No From |
The lower limit in t he application number range. |
Application No To |
The higher limit in the application number range. |
Application Date From |
The earliest date in the application date range. |
Application Date To |
The latest date in the application date range. |
Employee Code From |
The lower limit in the employee code range. |
Employee Code To |
The higher limit in the employee code range. |
Loan Code |
The unique code that identifies a loan. |
Loan Description |
The short description for a loan. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Loan Amount |
The amount of loan granted to the employee. |
Inactive |
Select the box to indicate that the loan application you want to find is inactive. |
Status |
The status of the loan application. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details of records that satisfy the search criteria in the multiline – “Application No”, “Application Date”, “Employee Code”, “Employee Name”, “Loan Code”, “Loan Description”, “Loan Amount”, “Inactive” and “Status”.
Select the “OK” pushbutton.
The loan code of the selected record is fetched to the previous page.
