Maintain Statutory Report Parameters
Select “Maintain Statutory Report Parameters” from left pane.
The “Maintain Statutory Report Parameters” page appears.
The system displays the following detail at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details |
Enter the following details.
Payroll Reports Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll reports unit for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
The system displays the following details.
Effective From |
The date from which the statutory report parameters are effective. |
Effective To |
The date until which the statutory report parameters are effective. |
Click the “Configuration Help” to view the configuration help page.
Select the “Previous” pushbutton to view the previous set of effective dates.
Select the “Next” pushbutton to view the next set of effective dates.
Enter the following details.
Parameter Code |
The code identifying the parameter. |
Parameter Desc |
The description for the parameter is displayed. |
Company |
The code identifying the company for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
Business Unit |
The code identifying the business unit for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
Cost Center Code |
The code identifying the cost center for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. Help facility available |
Department |
The department for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. Help facility available |
Work Location |
From drop-down list box, select the work location for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
Payroll |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
Payset |
From the drop-down list box, select the payset for which you want to record the statutory reporting information. |
Value 1-5 |
The values to be entered with respect to the parameter code. |
Remarks |
The remarks regarding the statutory reporting information. |
Comments |
The comments if any regarding the statutory reporting information. |
Enter the following:
Modification Option |
From the drop-down list box, select the required modification option i.e., “Correct” or “Update”. If you select “Update”, you are to provide a new effective date. The system closes the existing record one minute previous to the new effective from date you specify. If you select the “Correct” option, the system updates the changes without changing the effective dates of the record. |
New Effective From |
The date from which the changes should come into effect. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the changes.
