Vacancy at Employment Unit

The description of the employment unit in which the vacancy exists.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Request No.

The serial number of the hire request.

Requested By

The name of the employee who made the hire request.

Position Title

The title of the position for which the hire request has been made.

Department

The description of the department to which the position for which the hire request has been made, belongs.

Job Title

The title of the job for which the hire request has been made.

Number Required

The number of employee required to fill the vacancies specified in the hire request.

Required by Date

The date before which the hire request has to be met.

Resume ID

The unique code of the resume of the applicant.

Applicant Name

The name of the applicant short listed for the selected hire request.

Overall Rating

The total ratings scored by the applicant in the exercises and competencies required for the position for which the hire request has been made.

Selected For

The employment unit for which the applicant has been selected. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Position Control ID/Code

The unique position control ID/Code of the job for which the hire request has been made. This field is help enabled.

Position Title

The title of the position for which the applicant has been selected.

Department Code

The unique code of the department to which the specified position pertains to. This field is help enabled.

Department

The title of the department.

Job Code

The unique code of the job applicable to the specified position. This field is help enabled.

Job Title

The title of the job.

Acceptor Code

The unique code of the acceptor. This field is help enabled.

Acceptor Name

The name of the acceptor.

Action

Indicate if the applicant has been selected, rejected etc. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: “Select”, “Reject”, “Waitlist”. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Remarks

The remarks you want to enter with regard to the selection, rejection etc., of the applicant.

Status

The status of the applicant’s hire processing

Authorizer/Acceptor Remarks

The remarks of the authorizer/acceptor with regard to the applicant’s performance in the evaluation process.

Ex- Employee

Indicates if the applicant is an ex-employee of the organization or otherwise. “Yes” indicates the applicant is an ex-employee, “No” indicated otherwise.

Number Selected

The total number of applicants selected for the particular hire request. The system displays this value.
