Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Selection Unit

The organization unit in which the “Applicant Selection” component is deployed to process applicant selection activities for the employment units interacting with it. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.

Resume ID

The unique ID of the applicant’s resume.

Applicant Name

The name of the applicant.

Expected Date of Joining From

The date after which the applicant has consented to join the organization.

Expected Date of Joining To

The date before which the applicant has consented to join the organization.

Position Selected For

The position for which the applicant has been selected.

Department Selected For

The department for which the applicant has been selected.

Job Selected For

The job for which the applicant has been selected.

Requested By

The code and name of the supervisor who made the hire request.

Required By Date

The date by which the requirement for which the hire request has been made should be met.

Resume ID

The unique ID of the applicant’s resume.

Applicant Name

The name of the applicant short listed for the selected hire request.

Position

The title of the position for which the hire request has been made.

Department

The description of the department to which the position for which the hire request has been made, belongs.

Job

The title of the job for which the hire request has been made.

Expected Date of Joining

The date on which the applicant is expected to join.

Requested By

The code and name of the supervisor who made the hire request.

Required By Date

The date by which the requirement for which the hire request has been made should be met.

Remarks

The remarks entered with regard to the details.
