Work Location

The name of the place where the employment unit/company is situated.

Requested Date

The date on which the hire request is submitted.

Required By Date

The date by which the manpower requirement is to be addressed.

Employee Type

The type of the job, for example, regular, contract etc. The employee type indicates if the requirement is for regular employees, contract employees, trainees etc.

Number Required

The number of employees required.

Position

The position to which the vacancy pertains to, for example, Manager, HR, Senior Manager Finance etc.

Department

The department to which the selected vacancy pertains, for example, HR, Finance etc.

Job Title

The title of the job for which the vacancy is available.

Job Description

The description of the job for which the vacancy is available.

Job Level

The job level to which the job pertains.

Job Family

The job family to which the job pertains.

Standard Hours

The number of hours the job involves per day, per week

etc.

Total Work Experience

The total number of years of experience required for the job.
