The serial number of the hire request. |

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details |

Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been made. |

Department |
The description of the department to which the position for which the hire request has been made, belongs. |

Job Title |
The title of the job for which the hire request has been made. |
Specify the following details to view the assessment details of all the applicants.

Stage |
The description of the evaluation stage for which you want to view the assessment details of all the applicants. From the drop-down list box, select the required evaluation stage. |

Exercise |
The exercise in the selected evaluation stage for which you want to view the assessment details of all the applicants. The system lists in the drop-down list box, the exercise descriptions applicable to the selected evaluation stage. From the drop-down list box, select the required exercise description. |

Assessor |
The name of the assessor who evaluated the applicant performance in the selected evaluation stage and exercise. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |

Competency |
The description of the competency pertaining to the selected evaluation stage and exercise for which you want to view the assessment details of all the applicants. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |

Competency Element |
The description of the competency element pertaining to the selected competency. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Select the “Get Assessment” pushbutton beside.
The system displays in the “Assessment Details” multiline, the assessment details of all the applicants.

Resume ID |
The unique resume ID of the applicant. |

Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant. |

Overall Rating |
The overall ratings scored by the applicant. |

Stage Rating |
The ratings scored by the applicant in the selected evaluation stage. |

Exercise Rating |
The ratings scored by the applicant in the selected exercise. |

Assessor Rating |
The ratings specified by the assessor with regard to the applicant’s performance. |

Competency Rating |
The ratings scored by the applicant in the selected competency. |

Competency Element Rating |
The ratings scored by the applicant in the selected competency element. |
