The serial number of the hire request. |

Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been made. |

Department |
The description of the department to which the position for which the hire request has been made, belongs. |

Job Title |
The title of the job for which the hire request has been made. |

Resume ID |
The unique ID of the applicant’s resume. |

Applicant Name |
The name of the applicant. |

Overall Rating |
The total ratings scored by the applicant in the exercises and competencies. |
Specify the following details to view the assessment details of the applicant in an evaluation stage or exercise.

Stage |
The description of the evaluation stage for which you want to view the applicant’s assessment details. From the drop-down list box, select the required evaluation stage. |

Exercise |
The description of the exercise in the selected evaluation stage for which you want to view the applicant’s assessment details. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Select the “Get Assessment Details” pushbutton beside.
The system displays in the “Assessment Details” multiline, the complete assessment details of the applicant in the selected evaluation stage and exercise.
