Select the “Quick Hire” hyperlink at the bottom of the “Select Requisition for Screening” page.
The “View Vacancy Details” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user .More Details |
Screening Unit |
The screening unit value selected in the previous page. |
Request for Hiring Unit |
The request for hiring unit value selected in the previous page. |
Request No |
The serial number of the hire request. |
Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been made. |
Department |
The department for which the hire request has been made. |
Job Title |
The title of the job for which the hire request has been made. |
Required by Date |
The date by which the hire requirement should be met. |
Number Required |
The number of employees required to fill the existing vacancies. |
Requester |
The code and name of the employee who made the hire request. |
Use the following “Screening Criteria” fields to specify search criteria and select the resume of the required applicant to perform quick hire.
Screen General Resume |
Indicate if you want to search among general resumes by selecting the check box. |
Screening ON |
The screening can be done on either Internal Applicants, External Applicants or Internal & External Applicants. |
Screen Rejected Resume |
Indicate if you want to search among rejected resumes by selecting the check box. |
Screen Resumes of Other Requisitions |
Indicate if you want to search among resumes submitted for other hire requests by selecting the check box. |
First Name |
Enter the first name of the applicant for whom you want to perform quick hire. Select the appropriate title from the drop-down list box and enter the first name in the field beside. |
Middle Name |
The middle name of the applicant for whom you want to perform quick hire. |
Last Name |
The last name of the applicant. |
Category |
Category can be either Professional or Amateur. |
Resume ID |
The unique ID of the resume of the applicant. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
The system lists in the “Resume List” multiline, the resumes that match the combination of screening criteria specified.
Use the “Quick Hire” column of the multiline to indicate if the applicant should be hired or otherwise.
You can also view the following details of the resumes in the corresponding multiline columns.
Resume ID |
The unique ID of the resume. |
First Name |
The first name of the applicant. |
Middle Name |
The middle name of the applicant. |
Last Name |
The last name of the applicant. |
Resume Status |
The status of the resume. |
Quick Hire |
Indicate if the applicant should be hire or otherwise. Select “Yes” to indicate that the applicant should be hired, select “No” to indicate otherwise. |
Remarks |
The remarks you want to enter pertaining to the hiring of the applicant. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
