Select the “Screen Resumes at Next Level” option from the left pane.
The “Select Requisition for Next Level Screening” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Screening Unit |
The organization unit in which the “Screen Resumes” component is deployed Tell me more |
You can view the following details of the hire requests for which resumes are available for next level screening in the “Request Details” multiline.
Request No. |
The serial number of the hire request. |
Position Title |
The title of the position for which the hire request has been made. |
Department |
The description of the department for which the hire request has been made. |
Job Title |
The title of the job for which the hire request has been made. |
Request for Hiring Unit |
The description of the organization unit in which the “Request for Hire” component is deployed. |
Required by Date |
The date by which the requirement for the hire request should be met. |
Number Required |
The number of people who should be hired for the hire request. |
Requester Employee Code |
The unique employee code of the employee who submitted the hire request for processing. |
Requester Employee Name |
The name of the employee who submitted the hire request for processing. |
Select the required hire request in the multiline by selecting the “Select” check box corresponding it.
Select the “Screen Resumes at Next Level” hyperlink below the multiline.
The system displays the “Screen Resumes at Next Level” page which you can use to screen the available resumes for the selected hire request.
