Screening Resume - An Overview
This component enables the processing of resumes by both the Central HR (CHR) and the Line Managers (Heads of Departments).
Screen Resumes: This activity enables Line managers or Heads of Departments (HOD) to take further action on resumes. A line manager can hire an applicant or talent bank the resume or reject the resume.
A new resume can also be attached to a hire request in this activity.
A multi-level search facility helps to view specific resumes with any of the following statuses:
Applied against a Vacancy
Talent Banked
HR Allocated
Reserved
Released
Rejected by Line Manager
Referred to Next Interview
Evaluation Successful
HR Screening and Talent Banking: This activity enables CHR members to scan resumes and take decision on them. Resumes can be allocated to a vacancy, talent banked or rejected by the CHR. Resumes rejected by Line managers can be allocated to a vacancy or talent banked by the CHR. The final decision to reject lies with the CHR. A resume rejected by the CHR is discarded by the system permanently.
