This page helps you to search and select the user details for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
Click the lens icon positioned next to “User” field in the main page.
The “Help On User” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To specify search criteria, enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box.
User Name |
To view all the user names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |
Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those user names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of user records satisfying the combination of search criteria specified.
The following user details are displayed in the “Search Results” multiline:
User Name |
The name of the user. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the employee record.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
