Ensure that you are in the “Help On Grade - Level” page.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Organization Structure Unit |
The description of the interacting organization structure unit through which the Grades are defined. |
A blank multiline appears, containing the following fields: “Grade Code”, “Grade Short Description”, “Level Code”, “Level Short Description” and a “Select” check box.
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.
Grade Code |
To view all the grade codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these category codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *1, GS*12, GS*. |
Grade Short Description |
To view all the short descriptions of the grades containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these grade descriptions. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: FIRST*GRADE, SECOND*, *GRADE. |
Get Only Grade |
Select the check box if you want to view and select the code of the grade alone. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of grade records satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the following details in the multiline for the grade – level records that satisfy the combination of search criteria.
Grade Code |
The unique code of the grade. |
Grade Short Description |
The short description of the grade. |
Level Code |
The unique code of the level. |
Level Short Description |
The short description of the level. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required grade and level details. After selecting the required grade record from the multi line, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The selected grade code and level codes are displayed in the “Grade” and “Level” fields, respectively in the previous page.
