Profile Screening and Shortlisting
This page enables you to carryout applicant screening on the basis of user specified filter criteria and shortlist the profiles for subsequent selection stages. You can screen the profiles and decide on the scope of search inclusion for the profile screening.
You can use the system generated screening list for short listing purposes or use a manual short listing if required. You can screen profiles using filter criteria like RFH criteria; keyword search and competency match count. You can also shortlist profiles using the system screening results as well as manual shortlisting for subsequent selection stages. This enables the user to include profiles that were manually shortlisted for subsequent selection stages.
You can perform three types of screening through this activity – Normal, Incremental and Override Screening. If the type of screening is selected as Normal, the system retrieves and displays all the resumes that match the specified search criteria in the System Screening Results multiline. If the type of screening is selected as Incremental, the system appends all the resumes that match the specified search criteria along with the earlier records in the System Screening Results multiline. If the type of screening is selected as Override Screening, the system overrides all the existing records and displays resumes that match the latest search criteria in the System Screening Results multiline. However, you cannot override profiles which have the status as “Selected”.
You can determine the scope of search inclusion for screening results. For example a user can include rejected profiles of other RFHs or include offer standby profiles of other RFHs or from a particular profile channel. You can carry out normal screening, incremental screening or override screening. You can also shortlist profiles for subsequent selection stages and assessment or reject / select at the shortlisting stage.
