Viewing Evaluation Setup: Through this activity, you can view the details of a comprehensive evaluation set up defined to assess applicant performance in the various evaluation stages and exercises mapped to a hire request.

The evaluation details you can view are:

• The various evaluation stages and the sequence in which they will be conducted.

• The weightage assigned to each evaluation stage with respect to the other stages and the weightages in percentage.

• The exercises comprising each evaluation stage and their short descriptions.

• The weightage assigned to each exercise of an evaluation stage with respect to the other exercises in the stage as well as the weightages in percentage.

• The details of the venue, date and time at which each exercise in a selected evaluation stage will be held.

• The details of the individual or panel of assessors who will evaluate applicant performace.

These details sum up the various evaluation stages and constituent exercises of the standard evaluation setup which can be applied by default to a hire request.
