Viewing Simple Evaluation Setup: Through this activity, you can view the simple evaluation setup details for assessing the performance of the applicants in the various exercises. The “Hire Process Planning” component facilitates maintaining standard evaluation setups to assess applicant performance. However, the evaluation of the performance of applicants for a hire request can sometimes be performed through a simpler evaluation method than the standard evaluation methods which may prove to be time consuming. In such an instance, a simpler evaluation setup is defined.

You can view the following details of the selected simple evaluation setup:

• The sequence in which the various exercises should be conducted.

• The names of the different exercises.

• The short descriptions of the exercises.

• A weightage and weightage in percentage of each exercise in relation to the other specifed exercises.

• The date from and till which the evaluation setup will be in effect.

• The exercise venue for which the evaluation setup is to be applicable.

• The unique code and name details of the panel or idividual assessors who should assess applicant performance in the specified exercises.

You can select an exercise and view the other details like the names of the applicants who have undertaken the selected exercise, the last exercise attended by the applicant, the date and time at which the exercise was held.

In addition, you can view  the details of the competencies mapped to the selected exercise like the unique code and description of the competency as well as the weightage and weightage in percentage of the competency with respect to the other competencies mapped to the selected exercise.
