Using Online Help

 

Attach the assessor to a specific organization unit group and specify the language in which you want to view assessor information.

You can specify some or all of the following search criteria, based upon which the system will filter the records that are displayed:

Date Format

 The date format applicable to the login user.  More Details.

Hire Process General Information Unit

Select the desired hire process general information unit group from which the assessor records must be fetched, from the drop- down list box.

Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed.

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

To select through Search Criteria

Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Optionally, you can enter the employment unit, employee name, department short description, assignment number, position title and job title in order to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.

Employee Code

To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example:  ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1.

Employment Unit

Select the employment unit to which the assessor belongs, from the drop-down list box.

Employee Name

To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example:  To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*.

Department Short Description

To view all the department descriptions, type in the starting   character or characters of these department descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

Assignment Number

The assignment number that has been allocated for the assessor.

Position Title

The position title of the assessor.

Job Title

 The job title of the assessor.

Note: To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search criteria. If no search conditions are specified, then all the records are fetched and displayed.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee who is chosen as an assessor.

Employment Unit

The employment unit to which the assessor belongs.

Assignment Number

The assignment number that has been allocated for the assessor.

Position Title

The position title of the assessor.

Department Short Description

A short description of the department to which the assessor belongs.

Job Title

The job title of the assessor.

Work Location

The location of the organization.

Assessor

If the value is “Yes”, the assessor is available for planning. If the value is “No”, the assessor will not be available for planning.

 

Comments

Any comments pertaining to the internal assessor.
