Ensure that you are in the “Edit Panel Details” page.
Click on the help icon beside the column assessor code.
The “Help on assessor” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Hire Process General Information Unit |
Select the desired hire process general information unit group from which the panel records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. |
Assessor Type |
The type of the assessor whether he is internal or external. |
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the assessor code or the name of the assessor.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Assessor Code |
To view all the assessor codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ASS1*, will search for those assessor codes that start with ASS1. Other examples are *ASS1, AS*S1 and ASS1*. |
Assessor Name |
To view all the assessor names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Michael, type in MI*, to search for those assessor names that start with MI. Other examples are *CHAEL, MI*EL, and MICH*. |
Organization |
To view all the organization descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these organization descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Datasys, type in DA*, to search for those organization descriptions that start with DA. Other examples are *SYS, DA*YS, and DATA*. |
City |
To view all the city names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these city names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get New York, type in NE*, to search for those city names that start with NE. Other examples are *YORK, NE*RK, and NEW*. |
Select the search pushbutton to carry out the search.
The assessor details are displayed in the following multiline.
Assessor Code |
The unique code of the assessor. |
Assessor Name |
The name of the assessor. |
Organization |
The name of the organization to which the assessor belongs. |
City |
The name of the city. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required assessor record. After selecting the required assessor record from the Help multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The “Edit Panel Details” page reappears.
The selected assessor code and assessor name are displayed in the multiline.
