The date format applicable to the login user. More details.

Hire Process General Information Unit Group

 The hire process general information unit selected in the “Select to view internal venue” page.

Language

To view all the venue records maintained in a specific language, select the specific language.

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

Work Location

The work location in which the venue is situated.

Venue Code

The unique code of the venue.

Venue Name

A name for the venue.

Inactive

The system will display whether the record is inactive or not.

Infrastructure

The infrastructure that is available in the venue. For example, computers, table and chairs.

Available Units

The number of infrastructure that is available in the venue. For example, the available units can be 10 computers.

Cost Per Unit

Defines the cost per unit of the infrastructure.

Duration, if Hire Purchase

If the infrastructure is hired, this field indicates the time period for which the basic infrastructure is being hired. For example, a company may hire computers for a duration of 3 weeks to 3 months. 

Currency

The currency in which the costs are mentioned. 

Comments

Any comments pertaining to the internal venue.
