The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Hire Process General Information Unit |
The hire process general information unit selected in the “Select exercise to view” page. |
Language |
The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language. |
Exercise Name |
The name of the exercise. Example: group discussion. |
Inactive |
In the main screen, if the inactive check box is not checked, then the status is displayed as “No” in this screen. If it is checked, then the status is displayed as “Yes”. |
Exercise Briefing |
The brief description of the exercise. It is a free text field. Example: For group discussion exercise, the brief description can be “the group discussion is conducted to assess communication and leadership competencies”. |
Exercise Short Description |
A short description of the exercise. Example: entry level. |
The system displays the details of assessable competency elements in the following multiline.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency is displayed. Examples: communication, leadership quality and knowledge-union laws. |
Weightage |
The weight of the competency refers to the priority a competency has, in comparison to other competencies, required to perform an assignment. Example: For a project leader, leadership qualities are more important than presentation skills. |
Weightage (In %) |
The competency weight is displayed in percentage. Example: if the competency weight for sincerity is 5/10, the competency weight in % is 50. |
