Hire Process General Information Unit

Select the organization unit in which you must create hire process general information groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create hire process general information groups. Tell me more.

Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed.

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

To select through Direct Entry

Use this method if you know the name of the exercise.

Enter the name of the exercise in the “Exercise name” field.

Exercise Name	To view all the exercise names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these exercise names.
	Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Group Discussion, type in GR, to search for those exercise names that start with GR. Other examples are SSION, GRON, and GROUP.

To select through Search Criteria

Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the exercise name. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the exercise contains. Optionally, you can enter the “exercise short description” field, to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.

Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Exercise Name	To view all the exercise names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these exercise names.
Exercise Short Description	Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Group Discussion, type in GR, to search for those exercise names that start with GR. Other examples are SSION, GRON, and GROUP.

Select the search pushbutton to carry out the search.
The following multiline displays details pertaining to Exercise.

Exercise Name	A name for the exercise. Example: group discussion.
Exercise Short Description	A short description of the exercise. Example: entry level.
Inactive	In the main screen, if the inactive check box is not checked, then the status is displayed as “No” in this screen. If it is checked, then the status is displayed as “Yes”.
