Select the “Edit Panel” option from the left pane.
The “Select Panel to Edit” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Hire Process General Information Unit |
Select the desired hire process general information unit group from which the panel records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. This refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the hire process record. |
Select the panel, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the panel.
Enter the code of the panel that must be modified or deleted, in the “Panel Code” field.
Select the “Edit Panel Details” link.
The “Edit Panel Details” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To edit the panel, refer to the topic “Edit Panel Details”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the panel code.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Panel Code |
To view the panel codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the panel codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, PAN1*, will search for those panel codes that start with PAEN1. Other examples are *PAN1, P*1 and PAN*. |
Panel Description |
To view all the panel descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these panel descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Group Discussion, type in GR*, to search for those panel descriptions that start with GR. Other examples are *SSION, GR*ON, and GROUP*.

Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the panel records that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Panel Code |
The unique code of the panel. |
Panel Description |
The name of the panel. |
Inactive |
If the panel has to be made inactive, then click the Inactive check-box, otherwise leave it unchecked. |
Select the required “Panel code” for editing the corresponding panel details and click on the “Edit Panel Details” link.
The “Edit Panel Details” page appears.
Select the “Edit Panel Details” link from the “Select Panel to Edit” page.
